What can I say only WOW.... We had the best day ever last saturday in the Skyline Room. I could not let it pass without sending you an e-mail to thank you and all the staff at Hotel Kilkenny.  

Firstly Mark and his family checked into the hotel on Friday night and they got such a great welcome from the reception staff. They booked into dinner that evening and nothing was too much hassle for Rock in the restaurant. He opened the restautant early and looked after them all so well. Their still talking about him and how well they were treated so be sure to thank him from them all. 

On Saturday (our big day)! The weather was terrible but it didn't effect our day in the slightest. When we arrived in the hotel we were treated like celebrities from the moment we stepped in. David was so good to us throughout the day.  

Bridget the meal at the reception was just amazing. I can honestly tell you everyone is talking about how good the food was and how plentiful it was!!! We had 220 guests and there was no delay what so ever in the serving of the meal. It was fantastic. Its a credit to all your staff there. They were excellent. I can honestly say the food and service was much more that 4 star standard.. Actually I have yet to receive food and service like it at a wedding.    

I have had constant calls from friends and family commenting on the hotel and its excellence. It makes me the happiest bride ever to hear these comments so I had to pass them on.  

We stayed an extra night in the hotel and we treated like celebrities everywhere where we were in the hotel. It was lovely.. A really special Thanks to Rock who was amazing to us throughout our stay..  

Lastly I would like to thank you Bridget. You have been a pleasure to deal with. You are excellent at your job. Always answered any e-mails quickly and helped me no-end. Your a gem.  

Sorry about the long e-mail but I had to tell you everything!!  

I would have no hesitation in recommending your hotel to anyone. I hope you have continued success in the hotel.

Sorry I haven't been in contact with you before now, but I can't believe I'm back to work and it's all over.

Thanks to you and the team in Hotel Kilkenny, Niall and Myself had the most amazing day on the 22nd May. From start to finish, everything was just wonderful. Our guests have complemented us on the hotel numerous times since the wedding, the food, the staff and the general setting all surpassed out expectations. Our wedding photos in the Garden and the Hotel turn out wonderful.

You made us feel so relaxed when we arrived at the hotel, (even when I had my little bridezilla moment) and it was great to see your friendly face there to greet us. During all the preparations and lead up to the wedding you were excellent and a pleasure to deal with, no question or query was to small or to stupid. I can honestly say it was wonderful to have you there anytime I got a little panicked or worried about things. Your attention to detail and understanding was so reassuring.

Niall & Myself will call to see you for coffee some day soon, as you said it's like having a best friend for a year and then contact stops.

If we can ever do anything to help you or the Hotel out, please do not hesitate to contact me, we would be more than happy to help.

Many thanks for looking after all the guests at Eimear & John’s wedding so well on Friday last. 

We had a wonderful day. The whole experience with Hotel Kilkenny including the food, the bar and the overall service was excellent and we were extremely satisfied. 

The ballroom of course is the finest in Kilkenny.  

A special word of thanks to Roy and Brigid who looked after all our needs extremely well.

Hope you are keeping well.

We’ve been meaning to drop you an email since we returned from our honeymoon but just never got around to it. We just wanted o sincerely thank you both & the rest of the staff at the Hotel Kilkenny who wwere in anyway involved in our wedding on the 5th September. The both of you especially were very accommodating & patient for the months coming up to the wedding & we really appreciate it a lot. The food & wine were all beautiful so our complimetnst ot he chef also & the service at the meal was so professional & the staff were all very friendly & pleasanet. We had an amazing day as did all of our guests & thank you so much for helping it be that way J
