Hi Kay,

A big THANK YOU to you and the team, our event really went fantastically well, and we were all really really pleased with it. I am so grateful in particular about the special diets, which were looked after so well. I only had to point my brother out to the waitress on duty at the meal, and she knew exactly what to get him. We have had bad experiences on that front in other venues before, so it was a major relief that it was already in hand, and took a burden from Dad.

There was really nothing that we could find fault with; the food was great, rooms lovely, kids loved the pool (I never got there myself!!), and your staff are so pleasant to deal with, it made it a really wonderful event. There is already talk of doing it there again and even having a ladies weekend, so that is a good indicator!

So yes, thank you for your terrific hospitality. Dad is really happy with it, and it fulfilled a wish he has had for several years now of getting us all together. The birthday was just the excuse. Thank you so much again.

Sifting through the evaluation questionnaires from our delegates over the weekend following the Conference, I hear nothing but praise for Hotel Kilkenny and the team.
All of our delegates were "blown away" by the hotel and especially David, the Duty Management team and Adam who looked after top table for our Gala Dinner.

We chose Hotel Kilkenny to host an all day business event for us based on a recommendation and they did not let us down!
In terms of location, the hotel is very central with impressive facilities. We were greeted on arrival by excellent staff who looked after us in a very professional yet friendly and relaxed manner. The accommodation, layout of the hotel and quality of food served was excellent.
For the event itself we were supported by a dedicated manager who ensured our every need was catered for. This was done in an unobtrusive way which resulted in the smooth running of the event and ultimately played a part in its success on the day.
I have no reservations at all in not only using Hotel Kilkenny again for both business and leisure but in recommending it to others!
